Who We Are

Acadiana Regional Coalition on Homelessness & Housing (ARCH) is focused on ensuring that everyone in our community has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing and that all instances of homelessness are rare, brief, and nonrecurring. Our team works with builders, developers, homeless support services, and dozens of organizations and government entities to raise funds, lead advocacy efforts, create stable housing, and aid displaced and at-risk individuals in eight Acadiana parishes: Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, and St. Mary.

What We Do

Created in September 2020, ARCH's ShareHouse provides clients with gently used home furnishings and housewares to help them successfully settle into a new space. HUD-funding and other donation resources often overlook this area of need, but our team works to close that gap.

Volunteers are needed to sort and inventory ShareHouse items, help move clients into homes, office data entry, and communication and advocacy efforts.
