We champion Financial Security through initiatives like VITA free tax prep and financial coaching. We build Community Resilience by responding to crises, including natural disasters, through AVOAD. We empower Youth Opportunity by equipping families with the resources they need to thrive and supporting United Way Readers who enhance early-grade literacy. We are also committed to creating a Healthy Community with initiatives like the Lafayette Initiative for Food Equity, addressing food deserts and ensuring access to nutritious food.
