Moncus Park is thrilled to announce the opening of the First Horizon Amphitheater with a free community event, “Party in the Park.” “Party in the Park” will be held Sunday, May 22 from noon to 6:00 pm featuring DJ Digital, Bad Bongo, New Natives Brass Band, and local legend, Wayne Toups. Guests can expect food and beverages for sale, kids’ activities, and a great family-friendly environment with gorgeous views.
Party in the Park volunteers will offer event support. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Standing for long periods of time, communicating with Park guests, assisting with event load in and load out, litter abatement, trash pickup, event sanitation, and any other needs to ensure the success of the event.
