Rebuilding Together Acadiana is seeking flexible part time assistance with intake for our Homeowner's Rehabilitation program.
Duties would include answering the phone, taking client information, discussing elements of the application process/requirements and sending out applications. Additional clerical assistance needed in the way of creating files and entering information into a spreadsheet. Training and guidance provided! Ideal for anyone interested in regular volunteer hours in an office environment who wants to gain insight into nonprofit work!
Office hours are Monday- Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Looking to fill flexible 4 hour shifts.
Our organization is not permitted to sign off on court mandated hours. Volunteers will be contacted to attend a short training session.
