Events Committee Volunteers assist with planning and executing fundraising events, community outreach opportunities, volunteer appreciation activities, and educational events throughout the year.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy organizing, networking, and making things happen behind the scenes.
Additional volunteer hours during events are necessary.
Responsibilities
- Attend planning meetings.
- Assist with event logistics and coordination.
- Recruit sponsors, vendors, and volunteers.
- Help promote events throughout the community
- Assist with event setup, registration, hospitality, and cleanup.
- Represent The Family Connection Inc. professionally during community events.
Qualifications
- Organized and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
- Event planning experience is helpful but not required.
