Who We Are

New Hope's mission is to help under-resourced children reach their full God-given potential by creating relationship-based programs. We are a trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring organization that works with under-resourced children and children from "hard places" along with their families.

New Hope begin it's ministry in June, 2011, in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department's "Youth Summer Enrichment Program." That following August, we began offering a tutoring program at the J. Carlton James Center. We began with six students. Today, we work with over 40 children during the school year and over 50 with our summer program.

What We Do

We provide mentoring, homework help, STEM Club, and scouting during the school year for under-resourced children aged K - 8th grade. During the summers, we offer a six-week summer enrichment program.
