Beacon Community Connections is a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused building community by making connections. Our mission is to collaborate with social service organizations, criminal justice agencies, healthcare providers, and other organizations to improve community well-being. Our work focuses on delivering exceptional non-clinical case management to under-resourced individuals and families and to provide informative education opportunities to the public and professionals. Beacon also coordinates the efforts of the Justice and Health Collaborative and the Lafayette ReEntry Coalition. We believe we are better together.
