11:00 - 11:45 am - Presentation: Using Social Media for Advocacy and Action by Evan Daniels, Brand Strategist and Content Manager, Wavely
Ever since he was a kid, Evan has loved helping others tell their stories. That's what started his career nearly 15 years ago as a graphic designer and videographer. While this drive to share people's experiences has helped Evan become the Brand Strategist and Content Manager at Wavely, it has also allowed him to also focus on his passion: social and civic engagement. A sneakerhead, wu-tang fan, and fan of pastel shirts, Evan loves bringing social causes to the forefront of public view as well as help mobilize those around the country to make a difference in their own neighborhoods.
