This month, joining our discussion is Mechelle Roberthon from Home Bank and Steven Ramos from the William C. Schumacher Family Foundation. Mechelle will focus on employee communications, specifically looking at staff evaluations and 1x1 meetings. Steven will discuss effective grant writing and share advice on ways your application can stand out and be seen.
